This set was originally created as part of the Treasure Chest at BPS and was released in 2012.

I saw a request in the request section for a black recolor of this set and since I always wanted to make one anyway, here it is.

Recolored items are bed frame, mirror, shelf and table shelf.
Please notice that one of the shelves is only partially recolorable so you get a black shelf with white doors.

Meshes not included -and since the closing of BPS I don't have them anymore, so you'll need to hunt them down somewhere... The Set is called "Advent Bedroom".

This bedroom set was requested by Kristof. It contains four new meshes (bed, nightstand, drawer and mirror), two recolors (worn and beachy) and two beddings. Wood and handles are mix-matchable. Everything is basegame compatible and you are welcome to recolor it. Download shadow .png files here. Don't forget to lighten them when doing lighter recolors.

Ikea SP is not required.

I found this bed in the IKEA catalogue some time ago and I loved the combination of the lush bedding and pillows and the simplicity of the bed frame so I had to mesh it. Since I couldn't find the name of the bed I used the same idea as IKEA and gave it a Swedish girl's name ;)



The bed uses maxis bedding although I switched the normal one for my mesh which means you still get all recolor options of maxis bedding but it is no longer animated. I tried to make it thick enough so sims mostly sink into it with their lower bodies which doesn't look too strange.
The unicolored blanket is a seperate mesh and the pillows are another one, both can be found under decor>misc and cost 80. They can be placed without cheats since they were cloned from Echo's rug which also means they don't stop your sims from interacting with the bed.

Also included are two recolors of the meshes and maxis bedding.
Polies are around maxis counts.

As requested by Eva, here is the Potter Barn Antonia Canopy Bed.
I made the bed, bedskirt, blanket, pillows, curtains and bow all as seperate items so you can put the bed together in the way you like. There also is a maxis bedding version (bed + bedskirt) and seven recolors for the blanket, pillows and skirts. Everything is basegame compatible and recolorable.






The higher bed is mostly for decorating although your sims can sleep in it. The animations will look weird and they will sink into the mattress. The maxis height version should work fine.

To put the blanket and pillows on the bed use the omsp included in the download. To put them on maxis height beds, use a bed omsp or SilentLucidity's. Use the cheats "moveobjects on" and boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" to line them up with the bed.
Very useful for people who love to decorate AND play the house: walk through and around slots.


The curtains use the repository technique. All curtains pull their textures from the first one. If you delete it, all curtains will lose their textures. You can delete any of the other curtains without issues.

When recoloring the curtains: just recolor curtain1 and all other curtains will pull the textures, too. Use a 256x512 texture.

For the shadows on the bedskirt use the white recolor in the download. Open in simPE, export texture, open texture in Graphics Programm, make white color invisible/transparent, lay over your own texture -done!)
